Return Policy
Sale Items:
– All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges permitted.
General Returns:
– We accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached, for exchange or store credit.
– Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. You can exchange for a different size or style, or receive store credit, as we do not provide refunds at this time.
– Tags and hygiene stickers must be intact on returned items. Non-compliant items will be returned to the sender.
Processing Returns:
– Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing.
Exceptions:
– All end-of-season, Blackout, Black Friday, and clearance sales are final, except if the wrong item or size was received.
– All accessory sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
– Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Costs and Adjustments:
– Customers are responsible for delivery costs associated with exchanges.
– Price adjustments are offered on items bought at full price within 24 hours before a sale.
COVID-19 Measures:
– Returns will be kept in a temporary quarantine for 72 hours before processing due to COVID-19 precautions.
Faulty Goods:
– Delivery charges are refunded only for faulty merchandise. Please allow 3 business days for processing refunds on items received damaged.
